Winter brings a great opportunity for kids to learn a warmiing breath that we call: The Polar Bear Breath

Children should start our sitting on their heels or with their legs folding under them, lean forward until chest rests in front of you,open folded kness to allow bellies to fall, place cupped hands over nose and mouth and breathe in and out.

Ask your child(ren) if they can feel the heat of their breath?

Warm up quickly from the snow and cold outdoors using this breath.
