Angel Wings Breath

As we celebrate Magical Creatures in our classes this week, the children are learning how to breathe with their angel wings.
Starting in a seated position on your knees, take a breath in as you extend your arms up like wings. Breathe out as your wings come down to your sides. Repeat. If you fly your wings faster, your breath must go faster..if you fly your wings slower, your breath goes slower..Cas use scarves in hands to make it even more fun!!
