The first and most important thing you should know about me is that I LOVE what I do. I have had the privilege of teaching children for over 10 years and have found my experiences to be tremendously fulfilling, enlightening, challenging and joyful.
My children’s teaching experience includes ballet instruction in the Royal Academy of Dancing method, health education and counseling in school-based health centers and as a teacher for The Children’s School of Yoga.
My personal yoga experience began in childhood and this has given me a unique perspective on the importance and influence yoga can have on a person’s growth and development. Children learning that they do have control over their bodies and their minds and therefore their actions is, I think, one of the most empowering lessons a child can learn filling them with confidence, awareness and joy. I look forward to sharing this experience with your children.
